DELIVERY
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
RETURNS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We may request photographs of the product and packaging to assist with the return process.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, depending on your payment provider.
